Lauren was a great guide. 2 hours, we toured the highlights. She was very witty and funny, making the tour very enjoyable. We have done Segway tours all over the world, and this was the first to use headphones. This was a great addition as normally only heard the guide at stopping points. She was able to give us commentary for the entire 2 hrs.
